Adding your name is a very simple and quick procedure - simply fill in the three fields below, and we'll send you an email to validate your entry. In the email will be a link - click on that, and you're all done!
If you want to edit your entry at any time, you can simply fill this form in again (using the same email address) - we'll send you another confirmation email, and once you've clicked on the new validation link, we'll automatically delete your old entry and update our database with your new one.
If at any point you wish to delete your entry entirely from our database, we include a deletion link in every confirmation email we send out - just click on that and your entry will be removed entirely.
